Insulation and Weather Stripping

I have a rental home with insulation in the basement that needs to be taken down by Wednesday as it has been flagged as a fire risk. It is stapled to much of the ceiling and walls. its just open studs - no drywall present. I don't expect it to take more than 2 hours.
